Major League Cornhole is Coming to Philadelphia

Get excited, because Major League Cornhole is coming to Philadelphia:
Here’s what the Facebook post says:
For all you Philly fans out there we have some good news!! Philadelphia is getting another successful sports franchise the Philadelphia Bell-Ringers.
They will be hosting all of their events at live casino in Philadelphia. Stay tuned for more details on their combine date if you think you have what it takes to be a professional cornhole player on a contract getting paid win or lose with all travel expenses covered.
The rest of our teams will be announced in the coming weeks stay tuned for updates!!
Okay, first off, I didn’t even know “Major League Cornhole” existed. Apparently the one you see on ESPN is the “American Cornhole League,” so go figure.
Second, what exactly does one do at the combine? Do you run the 40 yard dash? Three cone drill? Does Mike Mayock go on the cornhole network and talk about your arm strength and ability to throw a bean bag into a hole?
All of this stuff is so dumb. Unnecessary. No one asked for Major League Cornhole (or Major League Pickleball). What’s next, Major League Tiddlywinks? Major League Backgammon? Major League bobbing for fucking apples?
Anyway, no hard feelings. Go Bell-Ringers!
