First question I have is who is filming a funeral? Feels like a crazy thing to do. Who wants 50 MB of their dead grandfather going into a hole? Call me crazy, but that’s not a memory I’d want to relive.

Multiple angles of your dead grandfather is nuts:

BUT thank god they got this because this family just got a free burial! Those things ain’t cheap. They’ll probably get the next five family members on the house just to make this little mishap go away.

I need to know Benjamin’s sense of humor before I make a judgement. How would he have reacted when he was alive knowing that his family would one day fall into his grave? Would he have enjoyed it? If so, I think you might have to exonerate the cemetery. Green Mount Cemetery should be allowed to subpoena the home movies and use them in the cross-examination. If there are plenty of them showing Benjamin playing pranks on his family then this is an airtight case for the defense. This is just one final prank. His Magnum Opus. He would’ve been somewhere laughing his ass off when that happened, we don’t know. Sure, he probably didn’t want his casket to knock out his son, but those are the risks you take when you’re a prankster. Do you think Ashton Kutcher thought Justin Timberlake was going to cry when they foreclosed on his house? No. That’s just an added bonus. Can we be honest with each other for a sec? Get in the trust tree. I never knew how these burial plots just floated in mid-air. Never really understood the engineering behind it. Didn’t know the only thing holding people up was a couple of wooden planks. Doesn’t feel like the safest environment when you’ve got some beefy dudes carrying a casket.

When I first saw this video I thought we were getting a special episode of Corncob TV’s Coffin Flop:
