Absolutely Hilarious: Charlie Manuel Talks About His iPhone and “Sirius”

When Charlie Manuel got an iPhone earlier this year, the previously recognized potential for hilarity became very real.
Speaking to reporters before tonight’s game, Manuel joked about the problems he's had talking to “Sirius,” as he calls her. Delco Times beat reporter Ryan Lawrence was there and captured audio of the exchange:
Charlie: What, you tryin’ to get Sirius up there? Ask Sirius to marry you.
Unknown reporter: This is the old version, I don’t have the new version.
Charlie: She’ll say “I don’t understand that.” I talk to her every now and then.
Unknown reporter: How’s that go?
Charlie: She don’t understand baseball, either.
Unknown reporter [with a very unfunny joke]: “How do we go on a 15-game winning streak,” she doesn’t answer?
Charlie: She goes, “What’s wrong with this guy, I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Unknown reporter: They’ll have that one day soon– “Can I get a run here?”
Charlie: Well that’s comin’. But I need it now.
