Edmundo Sosa smoked this thing while Spencer Schwellenbach was doing a live interview on the broadcast:

450 feet. Second longest of the season, interestingly enough, behind only Trea Turner’s 459-foot bomb that was also hit off Max Fried.

Best part is that the Braves radio booth totally mushed it:

Hilarious. This stuff will never get old.

Nice win for the Phillies on Saturday night. Zack Wheeler was his beastly self, giving up 4 hits and no earned runs in seven strong innings. Turner added a solo shot and Sosa knocked in the third run with a 7th inning double that featured Weston Wilson hauling ass around the bases. It’s a W that ensures at least a series split and prevents the Braves from gaining ground in the division. Don’t look now, but the Phils have won six of their last eight.
