Philadelphia is changing its mask mandate for outdoor settings, beginning today, and that applies to Citizens Bank Park.

(as for the Wells Fargo Center, the city is eliminating all capacity limits on June 11th, and with that will consider dropping the mask mandate as well, but that depends on what the data looks like at that point)
