This is our first experience with the new MLB guidelines, which mandate that umpires will put on a mic and announce the results of the review to the crowd. Good change I think. It adds clarity to the situation and builds up to a nice crescendo-type moment that results in fan reaction. It really does feel like the NFL, and that’s a good thing. No-brainer update here, good idea, clean install. LFG.
