Screen Shot 2013-04-04 at 9.04.24 AMRoy Halladay will speak to reporters in San Francisco today, the Phillies announced. Judging by the fact that it’s more of a scrum, in the visiting dugout, and not something official at a podium, I would very seriously bet it’s not a major announcement about his career.

Charlie Manuel spoke with MLB Network Radio today and said Halladay stands a great chance of pitching again this year, but he said that he can’t reveal exactly what will be said today: “I just have to wait until they announce it.”

If the press conference is streaming anywhere, we’ll have it.
