Meet the pulled pork parfait with mac and cheese, bacon, and scallions. In an alternate dimension, Rita’s Water Ice is a savory meat shop and this is their pork and cheese gelato, with water ice and custard swapped for mac and cheese and wet pork. The clear cup is a bit confusing though, because it looks good but also resembles a funnel of poo. A tasty poo funnel.
