Luis Arraez is Hitting .194 as a Philadelphia Phillie

The Phillies loaded the bases in the top of the 8th on Tuesday night in front of a mostly empty “Baseball Heaven” in St. Louis.
Then Luis Arraez grounded into a 3-2-3 double play and J.T. Realmuto popped up to end the inning.
No runs scored, as they went on to lose 2-0 to the Cardinals.
Arraez is now batting .194 as a Phillie:
This is what we envisioned when the Phillies traded for Arraez. We envisioned him battling to stay above the Mendoza Line. He’s been absorbed entirely into the Phillies’ lineup and is appropriately slashing .194/.211/.333 with a .544 OPS. Cue the Kevin Long jokes!
Of course, Arraez did start well. He played the three final games of the Washington series and logged five hits with two doubles, a home run, and four runs batted in. He went 0-4 in the first Toronto game but had a nice 2-4 game the next day. But he is 0-15 in his last three games and he is pushing a career-long hitless streak, according to the Sportradar data:
