Rosenthal also reports the deal will not be a three-team deal, it will be a two-team deal between the Phillies and Astros, obviously.
UPDATE: Ken Rosenthal now reports a deal will get done tonight. Jon Morosi says both Jarred Cosart and Jonathan Singleton are in the deal.
Singleton has been removed from the game in Clearwater, as per Phuture Phillies.
Jayson Stark says it is a four-player deal and Domonic Brown and Vance Worley are not in it. Amazing.
