According to Jon Heyman, the Dodgers, Rangers, Red Sox, Cubs, and Orioles all sent scouts to watch Hamels yesterday, amid his struggles. The outing left Hamels with a 19.89 ERA over his last two starts, raising his total ERA to 3.91. His struggles probably mean very little. But some teams are reportedly worried about them:

Hamels himself says he’s okay, but a perception of injury would do a lot more to hinder trade discussions than the last two showings would.

Remember the time Ruben said worrying about an injury to Hamels was ridiculous? Those were good times.

Kyle: There’s also a chance here that one or more GMs are in Olney’s (presumably gross) ear and trying to devalue Hamels.
