Got to be MacPhail. I tweeted last Friday morning that around 2:30 p.m. would’ve been a GREAT time for a firing. Today, it’s 3:30, but given all the talk about Andy MacPhail coming in to take over for Pat Gillick, I’m guessing that’s the announcement. Typically Friday afternoon press conferences are reserved for bad news, though. We’ll see.
