Ball go boom:

Cool stat. Sometimes these can be corny, because you just set whatever parameters you like, kind of like NBA Twitter making things up. “Robert Covington is the first player in NBA history to average 1.2 steals, 0.3 deflections, a 4.9 RAPTORDORK, and shoot at least 33.1% from three.” But this one is straightforward. The Phils are totally mashing over their last three games:

  • NLCS Game 1: Schwarber, Harper, Castellanos (all solo shots)
  • NLDS Game 4: Castellanos (2x), Turner (all solo shots)
  • NLDS Game 3: Castellanos (2x), Harper (2x), Turner, Marsh (Bryce with a three-run shot, everything else a solo homer)

It really is incredible. These dudes are just totally raking.
