Dom Brown (yeah, he likes being called Dom) made his Phillies debut last night, going 2-3 with 2 RBIs, 2 runs scored, and a sacrifice fly.

I like his youthful enthusiasm, the way he clapped his hands when he slid into second ala Geoff Jenkins in Game 5 of the World Series.  He's equally as energetic as he is clunky.  My Dad compared him to a young race horse, struggling to be steady on his legs, that just oozes raw talent.  The Phillies are a team of veterans, with a been there, done that attitude.  An injection of wide-eyed Brown will be the perfect boost for this team heading into the stretch run.
