Bo Bichette may have gone to the Mets, but the Phillies COUNTER with this:

Nothing against J.T., who is probably the best Phillies catcher of all time at this point, but he turns 35 in March and it’s looking like another run-it-back season for the Phils. They’ve largely re-signed their own guys and haven’t made any kind of big free agent splash outside of throwing $10 million at Adolis Garcia, if that even counts. Justin Crawford will be up. Otherwise there’s not much else to report at this particular moment in time. It’s very hard to be excited as a fan when this core has fallen short in three consecutive seasons now since the 2022 World Series appearance.
