Whoops – Nationals Now 0-6 Against Phillies Since Publishing Snarky Tweet

Don’t look now, but your Philadelphia Phillies are the hottest team in baseball.
After completing a four-game sweep of the Nationals in which the defending champions twice failed to even score a run, Phils fans saw off the Nats with a socially-distanced sweeping at the ballpark:

The Nats are now 12-23 on the season and dead last in the NL East. The Phils improved to 18-15 and are 2.5 games behind the Braves.
Karma for the Nats here, too. Remember when the dope running their Twitter account sent this out last Tuesday? They were really sniffing themselves after publishing this work of art:
Beating Philadelphia isn't as hard as Philadelphians say it is.#NATITUDE pic.twitter.com/sDhhsCSnAG

After that tweet, the Phillies went on to beat the Nationals six times in a row, so the Nats’ all-time record against the Phillies is now 140-145.
Natitude!
