Meantime, in New Jersey:

To celebrate the annual “Bruce Springsteen Day,” Governor Murphy has asked all New Jerseyans to mumble and grunt into a microphone for four hours. Make sure you bury the guitar and bass in the mix so that we can hear the keys and the horn section loud and clear. ROCK AND ROLL!

September 23rd is now the worst day of the year in New Jersey.

(I would encourage everyone to read my award-winning column titledSomeone has to Say it: Bruce Springsteen Totally Stinks.”)
