Evan Turner and Sixers Lose Tough One to Nuggets, Hit Up White Girl Wednesdays at Draught Horse

Evan Turner is stepping his play up a notch. Last night Beaker put up 20 and 11 in a hard fought – really, it was – loss to that bastard Andre Miller and the Denver Nuggets. You can see ET’s maturity in plays like the one he made with 1:50 remaining in the fourth quarter: he got the ball on the baseline, and instead of hastily putting up a jumper (which he did, and missed, just a few minutes earlier), he drove the baseline and went in for the easy two. You can see what I’m talking about at the :50 mark of this video.
After the game, Turner, Lou Williams, Jrue Holiday and Lavoy Allen hit up White Girls Wednesdays at the Draught Horse on Temple's campus, according to the Twitters:
Turner, of course, is a veteran of WGW. Get some, ET. Not you, though, Jrue. You sit in the corner for that ill-advised pass you made to end the game.
Pictures are welcome…
