It’s #JournalismExcellenceFlow for Keith.
The PSWA is the Philadelphia Sports Writers Association, which was founded in 1904 and holds an annual banquet where various awards are… awarded. The Stan Hochman joint, named after the legendary late Daily News writer, has been given in recent years to Mike Sielski, Jeff McLane, Rich Hofmann (senior), Ray Didinger, Wayne Fish, and Jim Salisbury.
This year’s banquet is tonight, Wednesday, in Cherry Hill.
They also hand out awards for most outstanding athlete, most courageous, humanitarian, team of the year, and all of that. If they add a “best sardonic blog” category at some point in the future, perhaps we will be in contention for the prestigious award. The “Kyle Scott Laskowski Excellence in Snarky Blogging Award.”

Kevin has been writing about Philadelphia sports since 2009. He spent seven years in the CBS 3 sports department and started with the Union during the team's 2010 inaugural season. He went to the academic powerhouses of Boyertown High School and West Virginia University. email - k.kinkead@sportradar.com
