Joel Embiid Drips Goodness In Private Training Session Again

What an odd dynamic this is– that the most we’ve ever seen from a pro athlete considered by many to be one of the saviors of Philly sports is a few Twitter and Instagram videos of him playing one-on-one with a small white dude. Like, the skills on display in these videos look great, but how do we really know? I look like Michael Jordan in his prime when I’m playing by myself. I’ve hit no less than 46 Kris Jenkins game-winners at the gym the summer. But I can’t repeat that sort of thing in a 5-on-5 game with a bunch of scrubs let alone NBA defenders.
I’m not judging Embiid – he looks great in these videos – I’m just not sure how to react. Are we supposed to lose our shit over this stuff, or should we just shrug it off? I don’t know. SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO FEEL.
