Kyle Lowry is such a bullshitter. He’s been doing this forever.

I can hear Kyle Scott disputing this already. He’ll concoct some fugazi response like “Lowry is such a savvy veteran. He knows how to get under people’s skin. He’s the greatest NBA player ever. The Sixers would have won a title if they traded for him. I love Jay Wright.”

There’s some truth to that, but at least 40% of it is baloney. Kyle Lowry does a lot of things really well, but he’s also super corny with his flopping and faking and embellishing. It’s very easy to understand why Ben Simmons punched him in the nuts during a playoff game. He’s the apex example of guy you “would love to have on your team,” but is a total asshole in the eyes of every other team/fan in the NBA. He’s Brad Marchand and Tom Wilson wrapped into a one human being and converted to a basketball player. Not even Erik Spoelstra and the HEAT CULTURE can work this out of Lowry’s game. At least he’s consistent.
