Not Even Knee Surgery Can Keep Jared McCain Off TikTok

The Sixers say Jared McCain’s left knee meniscus surgery went well. Here he is on TikTok from the hospital:

McCain is out indefinitely. He is the latest Sixer to be struck down via the Process rookie curse, which has hit Joel Embiid (Navicular bone), Ben Simmons (Jones fracture), Markelle Fultz (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome), and Zhaire Smith (almost killed by food allergies). If we wanted to extend the injury list to non-rookies who were playing their first Philadelphia season, we could add Kelly Oubre: hit by a car (allegedly).
