Keith also says that recently promoted front office members Ned Cohen, Marc Eversley, Alex Rucker, and Elton Brand will interview for the vacant gig next week.
That’s in addition to the report from Adrian Wojnarowski that Houston’s Gersson Rosas, Golden State’s Larry Harris, and Utah’s Justin Zanik were all given permission to interview for Bryan Colangelo’s old job.
As for Karnisovas, he only recently took over the GM role in Denver, just last summer after Tim Connelly became the team’s President of Basketball Operations.
Sixers training camp begins on September 22nd.
