The Sixers look like they’re running it back to start the season! Your Team. Your Town. Your same 76ers that broke your heart again last year. Lets goooooooo!

Full quote from Dave McMenamin via The Dan Patrick Show:

I was speaking to a bunch of folks about this Sunday evening. The signals right now is that he will be back with the Philadelphia 76ers.

As of right now, with certainly no momentum appearing on a deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, and Philadelphia obviously still needing what he does without finding a replacement for him, it looks like there’s a pathway for him to come back to the Sixers next year.

Instead of Run With Us being the slogan next year it should be “Ride with us” because Harden, Joel Embiid, and PJ Tucker might need Rascal scooters by the end of the year. I hope the new locker room is ADA compliant.

Truthfully I can’t be upset with Daryl if he isn’t getting the return he’s looking for. He’s owed letting this play out after he got more for Ben Simmons than any of us expected. Buckle in. I just wonder how long we’ll have to wait for Daryl to show us that thing he supposedly has up his sleeve. Maybe it’s just a Crumbl Cookie.

Anyway it’ll be hard to get excited for this season if they’re just going to run it back with the same team that couldn’t get it done last year. I’m tired of the sentiment they almost got to the third round last year. I don’t want to be almost in the third round I want to be in the NBA Finals because we’re going on year 10 of The Process. To many assets have been squandered and liabilities signed not to show something for it. Also, why doesn’t anyone want to play with the reigning MVP? Makes you think.
