Bryan Colangelo wants all of the foreign players: Mundo Deportivo is reporting that the Sixers are offering a $20 million, two-year contract to Rudy Fernandez:

The 31-year-old Fernandez played for the Portland Trailblazers from 2008-2011, the Denver Nuggets from 2011 to 2012, and with Real Madrid since. He’s a 6’6″ shooting guard who has been All-Euroleague first-team twice in the past few years, won Gold Medals in FIBA cup, and Silvers at the Olympics. He’s a career 37.1% 3pt shooter in Europe, where he also averaged 18.3 points and 3.8 assist per 36 minutes. The Sixers also signed Sergio Rodriguez to a one-year deal, who was Fernandez’s teammate in Portland and Madrid.

UPDATE: Might be some crossed wires or lost in translation stuff going on, because Jessica Camerato says a league source told her no such offer was made.
