The Sixers Donated $20,000 in Food to a Camden Kitchen

The Sixers do a dinner event every season for VIP season ticket holders.
That event was supposed to take place tonight at the team’s training facility, but it was postponed due to the Nor’easter, leaving the franchise with about $20,000 in leftover food.
So they donated it to Camden charity “Cathedral Kitchen” instead:
Cathedral Kitchen has been serving up meals in Camden since 1976. The organization also provide food for local after-school programs, groceries for low-income senior centers, and liaisons with local pantries, churches, and soup kitchens.
