Tyrone Johnson Makes a Good Point

On Wednesday’s edition of the Mike Missanelli show, Tyrone Johnson offered this take in response to the Ramona Shelburne story written Tuesday about Ben Simmons, alleging that Ben is upset that Joel Embiid blamed him for the Atlanta playoff series loss:
Great point from Tyrone Johnson. If Kobe can snitch on Shaq to the cops about paying women to keep quiet, and they remained teammates, then Ben Simmons can play with Joel Embiid. Meek Mill had his career destroyed by Drake so bad that he had to go to jail and the Eagles had to win a Super Bowl to resurrect it. They still went platinum.
Why can’t these two coexist? That’s water under the bridge. Let bygones be bygones. Do you think Ben Simmons has ever seen Joel Embiid’s entire Atlanta postgame answer and not the edited quote? His brother definitely tried to read him Embiid’s full answer and Ben ran away with both fingers in his ears screaming “La la la la la la”. Aren’t Australians supposed to be tough?
Kinkead: Shelburne went on the Fanatic a little bit later and dropped some tidbits –
"I think Ben is wired differently. I think the way you build him back is by over praising him like Doc did all last year. He needs them to gush over him. I don't think that tough love works on Simmons." – @ramonashelburne on Ben Simmons

"Everybody just wants him to go out there and play. He still watches the games, that is the craziest part to me!" – @ramonashelburne on Ben Simmons
