Tyronn Lue threw some shade at Daryl Morey Monday afternoon:

“They took it out of context…. It don’t bug me. In response to Daryl Morey, should he really be tweeting anything? Last time he tweeted, he cost the NBA a billion dollars so I don’t think he should be doing too much tweeting. Worry about his own team.”

This was in response to Morey responding to Lue, who was responding to a reporter’s question about James Harden and Joel Embiid’s free throw shooting prowess:

Do you think Ty Lue let LeBron borrow his copy of The Communist Manifesto, or was it the other way around? Because what a position to take by Lue. Didn’t Daryl lose the NBA a billion dollars for standing up for basic human rights in Hong Kong? What a monster! Someone lock that guy up and throw away the key! Are some things not bigger than sports?

Ty Lue seems like the friend you can’t joke around with. You make fun of the way he shoots a basketball and he retorts, “well at least my mom isn’t dead.” Relax bro. We’re just busting balls.
