Ricky Council IV went for 29 points in the Summer League and dropped 19 in the fourth quarter alone:

Can’t get ahead of ourselves with Summer League. Furkan Korkmaz once scored 40 in one of these games. But with the Sixers paying Paul George, Joel Embiid, and Tyrese Maxey a combined $135 million, you’re looking for one or more of these young guys to contribute off the bench, or even as a spot starter. Council IV went undrafted last year but ended up with the Sixers on a two-way contract and played 32 games, embarking on a nice February stretch where he averaged 8 points and 3 boards in about 13 minutes per game.

He’s bombing a variety of three pointers in that Bleacher Report clip. A couple of step back threes, one off a simple switch at the break line. He knocks down some catch-and-shoot looks and caps it off with a little downhill burst and dunk. The guy can play, and showed as much if you watched any of his 11 Blue Coats games. He averaged 23 points, 5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in 32 minutes per. He’s 6’6″, bouncy as hell, and somewhere between 205 and 210 pounds. He’s got the profile to be a capable NBA wing.
