On Saturday night, the Los Angeles Clippers will play host to the Phoenix Suns for Game 4 of their Western Conference Finals series.
Let’s take a closer look at the top Suns vs. Clippers Game 4 player prop picks and make some predictions for this June 26, 2021 NBA Western Conference Finals matchup.
Suns vs. Clippers Game 4 Player Props (June 26, 2021)
The Los Angeles Clippers entered Game 3 facing the same 0-2 series hole they’d dug for themselves in previous series against the Dallas Mavericks and Utah Jazz. The prospect of falling into an 0-3 hole against a wildly talented Phoenix Suns team would have been a disaster scenario for the Clippers, however Paul George and Reggie Jackson put together a heck of a performance en rout to a 106-92 win.

Game 6 Best Bets |

Jrue Holiday to Score 20+ Points (-120, BetMGM) |
Devin Booker to Score 30+ Points and Make 3+ Three-Pointers (+220, FanDuel Sportsbook) |
Pat Connaughton to Make Over 1.5 Three-Point Field Goals (-222, FOX Bet) |
The Phoenix Suns had played some of their best basketball in this series, despite the fact that starting point guard Chris Paul had missed each of the first two games. Paul rejoined the lineup in Game 3, but he and superstar Devin Booker combined to shoot a horrendous 10-40 from the field, combining for a mere 30 points. Deandre Ayton (18) led the team in scoring, while Mikal Bridges (13) and Cameron Johnson (12) also posted double-digit point totals.
The Clippers benefited from their home court advantage at the Staples Center with their injured superstar Kawhi Leonard looking on from a luxury box as he recovers from a knee injury. His superstar running mat Paul George racked up 27 points on 9-26 shooting, including 3-11 from deep and 6-7 from the free throw line. Reggie Jackson (23), Ivica Zubac (15), and Terance Mann (12) all hit in double figures.
Will the Clippers level the series at a game apiece, or will the Suns take a 3-1 series lead back to Phoenix?
Deandre Ayton to Score Over 16.5 Points (-115, BetMGM)
Suns center Deandre Ayton has made the most of his opportunities in this series against a Los Angeles Clippers squad that simply doesn’t have a player with enough skill and size to compete with him on the interior. In Game 3, Phoenix’s big man shot 9-13 (69.2%) from the field to go with 9 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 1 steal.
In three games in this series, Ayton is averaging 20.7 points per game, including a series-high 24 points in Game 2. Ayton has been solid on the boards as well in this series, pulling down at least 9 rebounds in each contest.
From a macro perspective, Ayton has has long-term success against Los Angeles, scoring at least 18 points in nine of his last ten contests against the Clippers. In his first regular season matchup against the Clippers, he put up 24 points and followed that performance with 18 points in their next meeting.
The Clippers haven’t been able to find the answer for Deandre Ayton yet. If Phoenix is to take a 3-1 lead in this series, they’ll need a big performance out of Ayton.

Paul George to Record Over 42.5 Combined Points, Rebounds, and Assists (-158, FanDuel Sportsbook)
When Clippers superstar Kawhi Leonard went down with a knee injury, there were myriad questions surrounding Los Angeles with many concerning the viability of a Paul George led squad. PG13 has silenced a large number of his critics over the past five games, including back-to-back wins that closed out the Western Conference Semifinals series against the Utah Jazz. He followed that up with two pretty strong showings in the first two games of this series against the Suns, averaging 30 points, 5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game, though both contests ended in Phoenix victories.

George’s Game 3 performance was superstar caliber. Despite shooting just 9-26 from the field and 3-11 from beyond the arc, he finished with 27 points, 15 rebounds, and 8 assists in a 14-point win. George has been excellent at stuffing the stat sheet since Leonard went out:
- Game 5 @ UTA: 37 PTS, 16 REB, 5 AST (58 total)
- Game 6 v. UTA: 28 PTS, 9 REB, 7 AST (44 total)
- Game 1 @ PHO: 34 PTS, 4 REB, 5 AST (43 total)
- Game 2 @PHO: 26 PTS, 6 REB, 6 AST (38 total)
- Game 3 v. PHO: 27 PTS, 15 REB, 8 AST (50 total)
Given the fact that he’s crossed the 42.5 combined points, rebounds, and assists threshold in four of five games since Kawhi went out, as well as the fact that this game will take place at Staples Center, it stands to reason Paul George will have himself a big game on Saturday night.

Mikal Bridges to Record Over 1.5 Assists (+106, DraftKings Sportsbook)
This postseason has seen a number of young players break out in their own right and establish themselves as budding stars. Phoenix’s Mikal Bridges has embraced his role as the prototypical 3-and-D, racking up at least 10 points in 10 of 13 playoff games to go with 4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. By virtue of playing on a national stage, Bridges’ defensive versatility has been on display, which has led to him seeing consistent playing time in head coach Monty Williams’ rotation.
Bridges has dished out at least two assists in three of his last four games, including Game 1 and Game 3 of this Western Conference Finals series. Overall, he’s handed out multiple assists in seven playoff contests.
The best indicator that Bridges will be getting his teammates involved, however, comes from a 23-game data set. Bridges has handed out at least two assists in 20 of 23 games this season following a loss. For a team that hasn’t done a ton of losing this season, that’s enough of a sample size to indicate a trend that’s likely to occur again on Saturday night.
