In a stunning upset, the reigning, defending champion and overall #1 seed was eliminated by a #3 seed in the national title game of our Worst of Philadelphia 2020 bracket.
The performance from “Angelo Cataldi’s fake outrage” will go down as one of the best sports stories of all time. This was fake outrage’s first Big Dance appearance, and it took out three straight #1 seeds to become the very worst of Philadelphia. This is an unprecedented run that may never be repeated.
And the final tally was close. Fake outrage won 54% of vote with 644 people safely casting a ballot while self-isolated. No hanging chads or Russian collusion here:

Even if you’re not a fake outrage fan, you have to respect this performance. What other contestant could take out the Parking Authority, Josina Anderson, and Schuylkill Expressway in the same tournament? It truly was a Cinderella story for the ages.
