ESPN Hires the Content Creator Who Got CeeDee Lamb to Admit that Eagles Fans are Better than Cowboys Fans

Sports media news:
Katie Feeney was the influencer who asked CeeDee Lamb which team has the more passionate fanbase, and CeeDee confirmed that the Eagles “got it.” It was pretty funny. It was the softball of all softballs and Lamb swung at it like Nick Castellanos chasing an 0-2 slider low and outside.
Feeney is 22 years old, and started college AFTER the pandemic, if you want to feel old. Penn State alumna actually, studied broadcast journalism up there in Cultville Happy Valley. She took a social media job with the Commanders, becoming the first “social media correspondent” in the NFL. Then she worked for the White House when Joe Biden was President.
Now? ESPN. The lesson here is what I told the Temple, Villanova, and West Chester students who were unfortunate enough to listen to one of my three speaking engagements back in the winter. The barrier to entry is gone. The gate that once kept people out of the journalism business, or at least held standards for entry, has been razed to the ground. No longer do you have to go to a small market and spend two years covering high schools for a shit rag. If you generate a following of 14 million people, the corporate suits will come find you. Bonus points if you’re an attractive blonde woman. You start building your profile while you’re still in college and your career now begins when you’re 18, or younger. We’re all “content creators” now anyway, there are very few “journalists” still out there, especially in the sports world.
Now we’ll send it back to you in the studio.
