Kacie McDonnell Fawningly Casts Ivanka Trump as America’s Kate Middleton

Well this is a head-scratcher.
At last night’s RNC, Ivanka Trump spoke in praise of her father. I wasn’t watching. It’s like American Idol: when it’s silly and weird in the beginning, I find it entertaining. When it gets serious, I get bored… and somewhat frightened. But Ivanka made one hell of an impression on at least one person: Kacie McDonnell.
Comparing Ivanka to Kate Middleton is high praise from Kacie, as she has a well documented obsession with her:

In a way she’s right. Kate and Ivanka are both pretty, young, super-rich women who were thrust upon a populace that didn’t ask for them and have absolutely nothing in common with said populace. In that way I guess they are the same. There is something to be said for hooking yourself into fame through familia and or romantic ties.
