Penn State and USC just played in the highest scoring Rose Bowl of all time, which ended a last-minute dagger field goal. It didn’t go Penn State’s way. But the Lions were not without big moments – seven TDs on seven straight drives and a final score or 52-49 will do that:

The Nittany Lions’ offense fell stagnant in the fourth quarter, but they had the ball very late in a tie game. However, they closed the game with an almost-interception, an actual interception, and then the dagger field goal from USC:

Fans who were pissed that Penn State missed the playoffs certainly have a point after this game, and even though it was a loss, it was one for the ages.
