RADIO WARS: Devan Kaney Out at 94.1 WIP

Devan Kaney is out at SportsRadio 94.1 WIP after a wave of layoffs from Audacy Inc, according to Rob Tornoe of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Kaney has been with 94.1 since 2022, appearing most on the Morning Show with Joe DeCamara and Jon Ritchie, while also joining the Eagles radio broadcast with Merrill Reese and Mike Quick as the sideline reporter following Howard Eskin’s departure.
“I had a blast working at WIP and sincerely enjoyed my time there,” Kaney said to Tornoe. “But as the old saying goes, when one door closes, another opens.”
