The Bruuuuuuuuce Springsteen Concert in South Philly Has Been Rescheduled, Though Cancellation Would Have Been Preferred
After the Sixers eliminated the Boston Celtics from the playoffs, they eliminated Bruce Springsteen’s Friday night concert in South Philly:
It’s unfortunate that it was rescheduled. I was personally hoping that it was cancelled outright, to spare the ears of those in attendance. Or, Bruuuuuuuce could power slide his way down to Atlantic City and open for Florence and the Machine instead. Alas, three hours of indistinct grunting into the microphone has been rebooked for May 30th. But rest assured, the guitars and bass will remain completely buried in the mix.
