The Joe Frazier Statue Has a New Location

This is cool:

The statue honoring legendary Philly boxer, “Smokin” Joe Frazier will have a new home.

The Philadelphia Art Commission and @CreativePHL are moving forward with plans to relocate the statue to the base of the @philaartmuseum steps.

The statue is being moved from Stateside Live! to the base of the Art Museum. Then the Rocky statue there is being moved to the top of the Art Museum steps. The SECOND Rocky Statue, a replica owned by Sylvester Stallone, will be returned to him. Make sense? Gotta get all of our boxer statues sorted, real or fake.

Best protect ya neck, especially if you’re a visiting fan trying to put a 49ers or Vikings jersey on the Joe Frazier statue.
