From Bernie Zilio at Page 6:

Wu-Tang Clan will be performing during Wednesday’s NBA Finals Game 4, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

We’re told the legendary hip-hop group — notably formed in New York City’s Staten Island in 1992 — will take the court during halftime of the New York Knicks vs. San Antonio Spurs matchup at Madison Square Garden.

This is much better than the celebrity rabble that typically shows up at Madison Square Garden, like Spike Lee, Ben Stiller, Fat Joe, and Timothee Chalamet looking like Pottsgrove white trash. Not to mention all of the loser Knicks fans who assailed Spurs fans outside of the building after the Game 3 loss. Worst fans in the world! They don’t deserve a Wu-Tang performance. The only two things they deserve are jack and shit.

Sources tell Crossing Broad that the Wu will perform a Clan in da Front remix at halftime:

The Wu is coming through

the outcome critical

fuckin’ with these Knicks fans

is sort of like a miracle on 34th Street

in the square of Madison

beating up the Spurs fans

like Geraldine Ferraro

who’s full of sorrow

because the Knicks didn’t win

but the sun will still come out tomorrow

and shine shine shine like a gold mine

here comes the drunk monk

to posterize Mitchell Robinson

so stop, the life you save may be your motherfucking own

I’ll swat your ass like Charles Oakley

make Wemby for the merge of traffic

Wu Tang coming through

in a full metal jacket

a flop squad that’s mad hard to serve

while Jalen Brunson gets what he deserves

It’s a good remix, yeah? Can’t wait to hear it.

By the way, and this should go without saying, but there is no “best” member or “worst” member of the Wu. There is only the Wu. The Wu is a collective, a singular hivemind. It sucks that they’re from New York, but I remember being in the crowd at the 2010 Roots Picnic, and Ghostface Killah was there, and he said, “I’m from New York, but if I wasn’t from New York I wouldn’t mind being from Philly.” Then he shouted out Chase Utley for his performance in the 2009 World Series. That was a very nice moment.

Spurs in 6.

BRING THE MOTHERFUCKIN’ RUCKUS!
