Our man Gary Szatkowski, the local National Weather Service guy and one of the sources from which local news gets their forecasts, is relatively reserved on Twitter. He doesn’t punch often, but when he does, it’s with the force of a high pressure system pushing through the Tennessee Valley. Today, he hit 6 ABC’s Chris Sowers, hard:
If Sowers wasn’t dead, I’d ask him what he was even complaining about– all forecasts and guidance change as new models come out. Hell, I’m not a weather person (I just play one on the blogs) and even I know this. And then taking a swing at Szatkowski? Sowers best learn his role.
