Fun theory: Jay and the 76ers
Fire Brett Brown. Didn’t have much to work with, but really didn’t do a good job.
Bryan Colangelo has ties to USA basketball, and so does Jay Wright. As well as several Nova grads. It’s like a club / fraternity.
There are at least 3 former Nova assistants who have been working in the NBA the past 4-5 years. Brett Gunning, Billy Lange and Ed Pinckney. He could put together a staff with nba experience that he trusts.
Next 76ers coach will be. ….

I’ll go a step further: Scott O’Neil is a Nova grad and was at the Final Four. FUCK. Stop it! Leave me alone!!! Not happening. TOTALLY NOT HAPPENING. IT DOESN’T MAKE COMPLETE SENSE ON VIRTUALLY EVERY LEVEL FOR JAY TO TAKE OVER HIS HOMETOWN TEAM WITH A GROUP OF YOUNG TALENTED PLAYERS AND CAP SPACE WITH WHICH TO BUILD A DYNASTY. NOT AT ALL!!! NO! STOP IT!!!!!!
