Flyers press release:

Claude Giroux will not play in Thursday’s game vs. Minnesota Wild at the Wells Fargo Center. He is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

Giroux probably has a concussion. By my count, this would be at least the fourth he’s suffered in his career. There was one in 2008-2009. Another in 2011, when Wayne Simmonds kneed him in the back of the head. Another one was suspected when he was playing in Germany. And now this one, though the Flyers would never actually say that.
