Between Tweets about child rape and reporting for Army Reserve Duty this weekend, Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams responded to an update from Inquirer Sixers beat reporter John Mitchell on Andrew Bynum's knees. Williams joked (I think?) about launching a grand jury investigation for theft of services:
