Report: Ilya Bryzgalov Will Play in Russia During Lockout

In Soviet Russia… goaltender play there!
OK, maybe that made too much sense. But it looks like Ilya Bryzgalov will be taking his talents back home to Russia until the lockout is over.
Per David Pagnotta, of The Fourth Period magazine, Bryz will join Pavel Datsyuk on CSKA. And oh, hey, small world– CSKA is the team formerly known as the Red Army Team, who the Flyers famously beat back in 1976 while the team was on a tour of the states.
Somewhere, Ed Snider just pooped himself thinking about his prized Russian goalie playing for, well, the hated Russians. Full fucking circle, it would seem.
