Let’s face it, Philly’s tech scene isn’t exactly the envy of the civilized world. But it’s trying. Trying really hard. So count Tetris on the side of the Cira Center – a publicity stunt for Philly Tech Week on Saturday night – as probably the best Philly-tech thing to ever happen, PR wise.
