And we’re just happy that the Eagles are going to run at all this year.

I’m not a big fan of these big-time synergistic corporate partnerships (hello, Angry Birds game), but when such a union results in free Dunkin’ Donuts coffee… well! count me in.

From 6 ABC:

Dunkin’ Donuts has announced a new rewards program called, “Eagles Win. You Win!”

Throughout the Eagles season, the day following an Eagles win, there will be a coupon for a FREE medium iced or hot coffee on the Dunkin’ Donuts Mobile App.

Also, for every Eagles touchdown this season, Dunkin’ Donuts will donate $250 to Good Sports, Inc. through their “TouchDDowns for Kids” program. Good Sports provides sports equipment, apparel, and footwear to youth organizations offering sports, fitness and recreational programs to youth in need. The funds raised through this program will go directly towards equipment grants to Greater Philadelphia regional organizations.

Good move, donut maker. Cleverly named, too. Everyone in Philly downloads your app, you give away coffee 10(!) times this season.

Of course, no sponsorship can be deemed a good one until corporate shill Darren Rovell weighs in (hint: he thinks everything is good, because he loves huge businesses):

Alright! We have a winner. Though I’d be remiss not to point out that $250 donations by a $4.5 billion company is about as token as it gets.

Meanwhile, McDonald’s has partnered with Andy Reid’s Chiefs.
