This Guy Took the Flyers’ OT Loss Hard

Poor guy. I want to know his story. No one, not even the President of the Flyers Fan Club (also a member), gets that upset with a 2-1 November loss against the Carolina Hurricanes. I mean, sure, it’s disheartening that the Flyers have only scored two goals in three games and blew a solid performance from Steve Mason, but still, no one gets that upset. Reader (@Checkermeowt) observes that perhaps he lost some money. The line was 1.5, though. Once the game went to overtime, he would’ve known the result. Whatever the case, something caused this guy, his white under-a-t-shirt undershirt and armpit hair to be upset. I want to know what it was.
Maybe none of this would’ve happened, however, if the so-called captain would’ve defended Jordan Staal on the game-tying goal. Broad Street Hockey has a good .GIF of Claude’s ineptitude. And Staal’s goal reminded me of those sad, sad CSN spots promoting the game– Will the Schenn brothers defeat the Staal brothers? No, no they won’t. Because Luke Schenn was a healthy scratch.
