This is the ESPN Trade Machine on Drugs

I feel almost bad taking this post from Jim, but I can’t help myself. This is terrific. The trade machine is a wonderful, wonderful thing. But the best part of this allowed trade between the Sixers and Lakers is that if the Sixers were to trade THEIR ENTIRE TEAM for one over-the-hill, overpaid, self-absorbed narcissist, they would, according to the trade machine, gain six wins, I assume mostly because Kobe would have no pesky teammates with which to bicker over ball possession. That’s a chemistry boost in NBA 2k right there.

UPDATE: Dammit. I read it wrong. The Lakers would gain six wins… which would – how can I recover this with snark? – give the Sixers more ping pong balls. GET IT DONE!

Any questions?
