Kyle Scott Crossing Broad

Kyle Scott (aka The Maestro) founded Crossing Broad in 2009 and turned the brand into an irreverent and independent powerhouse behind years of dedicated, fan-first blogging. With the advent of legal sports betting in 2018, he leaned on his past experience in digital and affiliate marketing to carve out a new and sustainable business model, which ultimately resulted in a multi-million dollar acquisition via XLMedia. Kyle officially departed CB in 2022 and is pursuing new endeavors.

Kevin Kinkead

Kevin joined CB in 2017 and has been writing about Philadelphia sports since 2009. He spent seven years in the CBS 3 sports department and started with the Union during the team’s 2010 inaugural season. A graduate of Boyertown High School and West Virginia University, his past bylines include PhillyVoice, Philly Views, MLSSoccer.com, Philadelphiaunion.com, the Canadian Press, and the Philly Soccer Page.

Kyle Pagan

Kyle writes and does Man on the Street style videos all around Philadelphia. He graduated from Temple University (a basketball school) in 2015 and joined Crossing Broad in 2022.

Bob Wankel

Bob Wankel Crossing Broad

Bob Wankel covers the Phillies, breaking news, and sports gambling for Crossing Broad. He is also a producer and co-host of Crossed Up: A Phillies Podcast. A South Jersey resident and graduate of Monmouth University, his past work includes six seasons as a freelance producer at NFL Films.

Anthony SanFilippo

Anthony SanFilippo, has been writing about hockey this entire millennia. Whether it was as a beat reporter for the Delaware County Daily Times (and it’s six sister newspapers), or for the Philadelphia Flyers website, his hockey history has taken him across North America to see games in more than 60 arenas. He has also been a contributor to the Associated Press and Sports Illustrated and has appeared countless times on television and radio. That said, he’s not just a hockey guy (no matter what you think) and has covered each of the four major professional sports in his career. He also works in politics writing strategic messaging for campaigns nationwide, but that’s probably too boring to discuss here. He’s also a part-time actor and a full-time dad, meaning he has no time for anything else (but if you ask nicely, he’ll probably say yes.)
