Jayson Werth is NOT Sleeping With Chase Utley's Wife

UPDATE:  Jayson Werth and Chase Utley were playing poker the other night out at the casino together and TheDirty.com has since removed the rumor.

Add this one to the vicious rumor mill.

TheDirty.com has posted a story claiming that Jayson Werth is sleeping with Chase Utley's wife.  We're not going to perpetuate this thing, but the site claims "a source" told them so.

First of all, Werth and Utley are good friends, this would be more shocking than the Carter/Hartnell rumor. Second, readers of TheDirty.com apparently don't have much faith in the story either, they note how unreliable the "source" usually is. 

Don't go believen this one, folks.

Hey dipshit, the phightinphils source is likely just referencing the dirty post. These are the type of rumora that you don't report from a source. Is it possible? Yes. But it's highly unlikely, and a site that even its own readers question, is not the one who should be the end all with junk like this. Take it with one giant big fucking grain of salt.

I have no vested interest and am not a Phils fan or hater, but I know someone who played minor league ball with Utley and says he talked with him this morning. Utley told him it is true, and the Phils are prepared to dump Werth before the end of the weekend. It's awful if it is true, but stranger things have happened. Utley isn't exactly a choirboy himself...
