That quote comes from Kaitlin Olson, who plays “Dee” on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Olson and her husband, star of IAS Rob McElhenney, attended Tuesday night’s Phillies game in Los Angeles. McElhenney is a Philly native and has clearly imparted his fandom to his wife, who just happened to go into labor right after Ryan Howard went deep into the LA night. [Philly.com]
"Axel Lee McElhenney was born at home on September 1st at 12:52 pm. 8 lbs 7oz. We love him like crazy, even though he made us miss the second half of the game."
Howard, of course, will appear in an episode of It’s Always Sunny with Chase Utley, this season.
The baby was not wrapped in a Dick Towel.

He's going to be the coolest kid ever.

Axel Lee? Better give him a nickname. A name like that will get him into shenanigans. I should know.
Maybe they should have named him for the guy who triggered the birth?
At least make Ryan Howard the Godfather. Actually it'll be cool if DeVito becomes the Godfather. I can see him doing a funnier impression of Don Corleone:

Howard will just strike out in his impersonation, like a "Hollywood finocchio".
